All artworks are professionally packaged and shipped worldwide from the UK. Shipping and insurance costs are quoted in advance and are payable by the buyer before dispatch. Orders are normally shipped within 5–7 business days of cleared payment using a tracked and insured service. International delivery times vary, and any customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with clear photographs of the packaging and artwork. Any replacement or refund is subject to the terms and successful claim of the shipping insurance cover.

Because each piece is unique, I cannot accept returns for change of mind, but this does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Due Diligence

In compliance with UK Law, for sales of a higher value (over Euro’s 10,000), we will require the following information to be supplied by the customer:

• Photograph or an official document which confirms identity

• Residential address and date of birth

• Name of business or employer
